Dr. Matthew S. Stanford, Ph.D., is a professor of psychology, neuroscience and biomedical studies at Baylor University. His research on the interplay between psychology and issues of faith has been featured by Fox, the New York Times, USA Today, MSNBC, Yahoo, and U.S. News & World Report.

Kay Warren was our lunch speaker for the Peace of Mind Tyler Conference Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014. Kay co-founded Saddleback Church with her husband Rick Warren in Lake Forest, California.

Dr. Dan Morehead was our guest speaker to discuss the brain and mental ilnness. He has been a highly esteemed psychiatrist in Austin since 2001.

Amy Simpson is the award-winning author of Troubled Minds: Mental Illness and the Church’s Mission (InterVarsity Press). She also serves as editor of Christianity Today’s Gifted for Leadership, Senior Editor of Leadership Journal, a speaker, and a Co-Active personal and professional coach.

Ed Stetzer oversees all activities of the LifeWay Insights division, including LifeWay Research, Corporate Communications and Ministry Development.
